Upper Moreland Free Public Library

The Upper Moreland Free Public Library Needs Friends…

You can be one of them!

Friends of the Library is a group of interested citizens and Library users who donate their time, talent, and money to make our Library an important resource for our Township. You do not have to live in Upper Moreland Township to be a member.

Friends of the Library are involved in the betterment of the Library though a variety of activities.  They plan projects and raise funds to help finance Library services.  They encourage gifts of books, magazine subscriptions, endowments, and bequests.  They focus public attention on Library needs. They promote public support for the Library.

Friends of the Library holds one general meeting annually in November.   All Friends are encouraged to attend this meeting which features a special program and refreshments.  Day-to-day activities are carried out by officers and committees who meet monthly, September through June.  All members are welcome to participate in monthly meetings to the extent of their interest.
