Suggestion: When an internet session expires any opened email stays open! This is a problem because the next patron might be able to access someone else’s email.
Answer: This problem varies from email to email. However it’s very important to remember that you need to log out of your email or other online accounts before the end of your session. Our computers give you several warnings before your session ends. Please take those last several seconds to LOG OUT of any accounts you have open, and you’ll never have to worry about someone accessing your email!
Suggestion: You should have Nintendo DS games in the video games section!
Answer: Unfortunately, these game cartridges would require special security cases, unlike other console games that fit in our DVD security boxes. Right now this would be too expensive!
Suggestion: Can we have a “Read to Cats” program? My cat is so sweet, and I love cats just as much as dogs!
Answer: We love cats too! However, all of the dogs in our “Read to a Dog” program have recevied special training and are certified and insured to work with the public. If you know anyone with a certified therapy cat, let us know and we’ll see what we can do!
